A Taste of Lombok and Indonesia
Discover one of Lombok’s best-known dishes: grilled chicken coated in a livery sambal with a balance of sweet and spicy flavors, traditionally served with water spinach. Rajavilla’s Ayam Taliwang was recognized in the 2019 Lombok Cuisine Competition.
