For cancellation, please kindly inform us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, to avoid a 50% cancellation surcharge.
No Show or cancellation made 2 hours before treatment will incur a 100% surcharge billed to your room.
Please arrive with enough time to settle in before your appointment. Showering beforehand can help loosen the muscles and prepare the body for treatment.
